A letter to our stakeholders

As the coronavirus pandemic spreads, we are all heading into uncharted waters, affecting our businesses, our families, and our everyday lives.

Like you, Rhetorik is focused on the health and safety of our customers, employees, and their families. Our thoughts and best wishes for a full and speedy recovery go out to anyone who’s been affected by the virus.

During this time, I wanted to let you know how we’re approaching the situation at Rhetorik.

Many of our employees work remotely, operating with VPN access to our network and a VoIP telephone system which divert calls to our computers and smartphones. We already work and collaborate as a team even though we are not in the same location. This means we anticipate little disruption to our services and we continue to deliver the highest levels of support and availability.

We are also reducing all non-essential travel for business, particularly where this involves public transport. Most of our training is already conducted via web conferencing and, if a face-to-face meeting has been planned or is requested, we would appreciate your assistance by temporarily facilitating more web conferences.

If you have any questions about your NetFinder service, you can reach our customer success team here. In addition, clients of DataCliniq, our international data hygiene service, can contact their account manager.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Our intention is to minimise any disruption to our services and we’ll be sure to keep you updated as our plans and government guidance evolve.

Sincerely

Meredith Amdur
